Prepress is a critical procedure taken prior to printing. Our design montage team slightly edit the proposed design by the customer; ensuring color matching, image and text adjustments, the creation of a high quality printable file, the box opening and closing plans, and color separation. A 3D virtual box is then created to ensure a well-prepared design. A sample is then created, assuring the size and the closing of the folding box. The sample is also sent to the customer for final confirmation. Lastly, the team manufactures printing plates. Our production team then takes the job from here.
Lamination requires both, a duplex board and a single corrugated board. The offset duplex board is first prepared and printed by Al Shurook for Printing and packaging, and a single corrugated box is manufactured by Al Shurook for Cardboard Manufacturing. Using our lamination machines, we merge them together to get a laminated end product. Surely, all the features available at our offset plant are used when printing the duplex board to be laminated.
Our postpress includes creasing, cutting, glueing, and stitching. Our high-tech plant is one of the few reigionally to offer automated cutting, glueing, and creasing.
Our quality control department reviews the factors contributing in production. The department ensures the product adheres our criteria, and more importantly meets the client's requirements and needs.
After which we deliver our products to our client's door steps!
