Prepress is a critical procedure taken prior to printing. Our design montage team slightly edit the proposed design by the customer; ensuring color matching, image and text adjustments, the creation of a high quality printable file, the box opening and closing plans, and color separation. A 3D virtual box is then created to ensure a well-prepared design. A sample is then created, assuring the size and the closing of the folding box. The sample is also sent to the customer for final confirmation. Lastly, the team manufactures printing plates. Our production team then takes the job from here.
Our corrugator manufactures the boards of the desired dimensions, design, fluting and weight. Our production team ensures the raw materials used serves the product's use.
The boxes are then sent for printing where printing preparations are made which include cliche and ink. Our machines have embedded automated strapping system to ensure a speedy well-rounded process.
Our postpress includes creasing, cutting, glueing, and stitching. Our high-tech plant is one of the few reigionally to offer automated cutting, glueing, and creasing.
Our quality control department reviews the factors contributing in production. The department ensures the product adheres our criteria, and more importantly meets the client's requirements and needs.
After which we deliver our products to our client's door steps!
